Melissa Aldeborgh is a Master Instructor/Trainer. She began her fitness career with competitive gymnastics, and was sought out to become a personal trainer with Nautilus Sports & Fitness over 30 years ago. She has continued to stay on top of the ever-changing fitness industry through education and certifications.
Her personal training certifications include: Nautilus, NFPT and American Sports & Fitness Association. In addition, she is certified and trained in multiple group fitness forums, ICSA Kickboxing; receiving Level 2 Certification, Les Mills programs; BodyCombat, BodyAttack, Les Mills Tone, and reaching AIMs 2 status in BodyPump, SFG Kettlebell, AFFA Indoor Cycling, United States Water Fitness, Beachbody PiYo, Beachbody Core de Force, and Zumba Fitness.
It was her love of fitness that led her to pursue competitive natural bodybuilding; placing as high as 3rd in Vermont and then coming back in 2001 as Miss Fitness Vermont after having 3 kids.
